Refund & Cancellation Policy
We maintain a clear and transparent policy regarding token booking cancellations:
1. Token Booking Amount (₹51,000)
The booking amount of ₹51,000 submitted online is fully refundable within 48 hours of transaction if the buyer chooses to cancel due to verified title discrepancies.
2. Post-Agreement Phase
After the execution of the physical sale agreement or once the mutation registry process starts, no refund claims will be entertained.
