Terms & Conditions
By accessing our portal and submitting a plot registration request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of Aarohi Realtors.
1. Plot Selection & Allocation
All layout allocations are provisional. Allocation of plots is finalized only upon the physical signing of the sale agreement at our office and receipt of initial 50% registry payment.
2. Monsoon Dhamaka Validation
Under the Monsoon Dhamaka promotion, the buyer is entitled to an additional 100 Gaj plot FREE only if the remaining payment (outstanding balance) is cleared within 7 days of token registration. In case of delay, the promotion automatically becomes invalid.
